Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the booked service.
This cancellation fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked. Failure to pay the cancellation fee may result in booking privileges being restricted.
